Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened boxes that are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns may also be considered where a customer has experienced an allergic reaction to the product. In these cases, we require clear supporting evidence, such as photos of the reaction, details of when the product was used, and any relevant medical confirmation where applicable. Each case will be reviewed individually.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened or used boxes unless the return request relates to a documented allergic reaction or product fault.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
